General

We only accept payment via iPay88. We are unable to accept checks, cash or money orders.
An invoice is automatically sent to your email once you have completed your purchase.

We respect your privacy. All of our products are packed securely in plain black packaging or standard issued packaging from Poslaju with no brand name, no labels and no product description

Declaration of content will be marked as a gift. Occasionally we use special events packaging, but never for anything breakable or discernable. We'll never send any catalogues to your home.

You will receive your tracking number to the email registered with the purchase once your item has been shipped.

It is suggested that the product should not be used more than 30 minutes at a time.

Please seek medical advice immediately if the product slides into your body and cannot be taken out. The product is splash proof and can be washed all over.

The product shall not be washed with boiling water to be placed in boiling water.

Do not use silicone-based or oil-based lubricants, these can damage the product. Please use Zalo personal moisturiser or other water-based lubricant.  

Please do not place the product, which is equipped with a built-in lithium ion battery, into a hot environment. If you travel by plane, please follow Airline regulations on the electronic items equipped with built-in lithium ion batteries.

Please keep the product out of reach of children.

Please keep the product away from any magnetic cards, watches and other electronic devices.

Please store the product in a cool dry place, and avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, heavy loads, moisture and pollution.

If you discard the product, please treat it as a used electoral product by sending it to the relevant electronic product collection depot rather than disposing of it as common waste.

All paid orders are processed and shipped on the next working day (Monday-Friday) by Courier Service and will take 2-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep (in stock items only). Weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Zalo Malaysia, or our shipping partners. 

Do take note that this applies to all products except pre-order items that are stated on their product page.

Products

Do not use silicone-based or oil-based lubricants, these can damage the product. You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants. We recommend using use Zalo personal moisturiser or other water-based lubricant.

Always clean your Zalo product thoroughly before and after each use. 

The product is splash proof and can be washed all over. When using soap, clean the product with warm water. Use only non-perfumed and alcohol-free soap. Clean it with water, wipe it lightly with a smooth non-woven cloth or towel until it is dry. 

We recommend cleaning the massager with Zalo cleansing spray after each use and keeping in a matching storage pouch.

Store the massager in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Avoid leaving your Zalo direct sunlight and NEVER expose it to extreme heat.

Keep your Zalo product away from toys of other materials.

Attention defends mechanical failure caused by falling and crashing.

Battery exhausted, please recharge.

Poor connection, please reconnect the charging port.

USB port failure or under voltage, please replace.

Battery still empty, please try again in a few minutes.

No, by signing up at Zalo website, you agree that you are over the age of 18 years old.

We currently do not mail catalogues. We are strictly an online business.

Not at this time. We are an e-commerce business only. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse. We are not open to the public.

Can I switch to a different email?
 

Yes, you can go into your account settings after logging in and update your email preferences.

or call us at 016-308 2466 Sending us an email, or using the contact form is the fastest way to contact us. In most instances, your order is processed the next day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been processed/or shipped. Please order carefully.

Generally speaking, no. Once an order's status is "Processed" it is very difficult to make changes especially once it has been in the system for 12 hours or more.
