  1. All Goods are not returnable & not exchangeable.

  2. We do not accept any payment refund except over paid or Out Of Stock. If buyer do not make payment within 3 days from the date of order, ZALO MALAYSIA reserves the right to cancel the order & resell the item without any prior notice.

  3. All photographs were taken at close proximity (variation in colors may occur due to different display settings).Original color might be slightly different from the picturedue to the computer monitor settings ; video are recorded by our in house designer , what you see is what you get.

  4. Any doubts regarding size ,colors , please WhatApp/sms/leave a message and ask us, We will providenthe product details.

  5. Excahne faulty goods only valid for 3 days after received of goods and we only accept manufacturing defects.

  6. ZALO MALAYSIA holds the rights of terms & conditions ,any amendment will not be notified.

  7. Different monitors display colors differently, amd everyone’s definition of color is not the same , thus we do not gurantee that what you’ve seen in our pictures are exactly 100% same as our product ,we will do our best to describe every item if they are different from our pictures.

  8. All items sold are non- refundable once purchased.
